Get ready for a feel-good community fun run that's unparalleled!

The Kuringgai Chase Fun Run is a community fun run and carnival which features a 10km and 5km fun run, a 5km run/walk and a 2km dash on fully closed roads.

The popular feel-good community event is held in closed residential streets in Wahroonga on Sunday 16 June 2024 starting at 9 am and race winners receive medals along with cash and gift vouchers as prizes.

Suitable for all ages and abilities, the 5km (1 lap) and 10km (2 lap) runners take on the challenge of Kokoda Avenue hill. Walkers can take time to enjoy the great views over the Ku-Ring-Gai National Park. The 2km course is a fun and flat race for all levels.

The event is a collaboration between Ku-ring-gai Council, Knox Grammar School, Special Olympics Sydney Upper North Shore Club and local supporters and sponsors. It is the major fundraiser for the Special Olympics Upper North Shore Club providing the necessary training, equipment, and competition opportunities for our athletes.

Supporting the event can make a significant difference in helping to continue to offer these vital programs.
